   @zachleat @jmhobbs thanks! We raise layers, and are considering starting to raise meat birds too, but have questions about processing and butchering (namely: we're not sure we want to do it ourselves) and would love to hear what other people doing it at a small scale do.

      @jacob @zachleat Oh man, sorry for super late reply, I've been staying off socials.

      I've done meat birds a few times, and turkeys. Process chickens myself, took turkeys to a local place.
