   @zachleat Guessing at the lower end of the spectrum, but I feel like this isn't enough information to properly guess.

   Like are you paying for people's IDEs, private source control, hosting, CI/CD stuff? In which country is the entity registered, and what sort of accounting / reporting requirements does that territory have?

   Is the service offered particularly resource intensive to offer? Is it something exposed to regulatory burden for which you might need lawyers? Is it something where you need to do a lot of marketing?
