I made a little chart comparing how a few different hosts charge for serverless execution time (normalized to hours of usage) and the vCPU default can cost you a lot of unnecessary money if you’re not paying attention!

Charting showing Vercel costs per hour of usage for 1024/1769/3009 MB of memory. They scale to much more expensive prices ($500/month at 2000 hours at the default tier). Lambda is comparable lower than 500 hours but stays consistently priced after. Netlify is only a tiny bit above Lambda pricing which is very nice.
