   @zachleat nearly, though a huge factor at the moment are two things for me: I'm always trying to push my own agenda of broad representation on stage (i.e. I try to keep "guys who look like me" to a minimum), but moreover, we really don't have the budget for flights, all the indie events are being killed - us included, tickets are extremely slow and sponsorship been lacking for years now). (probably overshare!)

      @rem I completely understand—indie everything is being squeezed! Really hoping your event is a success!

      Just as a side note we need to organize some sort of indie cabal to better coordinate promotion of things we want to succeed
