   @zachleat @genehack I find this offensive. Mostly due to the ptsd.

   That. So much energy.
   And then the conference, everybody wants to talk to you, ask you questions, want you to do extra stuff.
   And when the conference is over, it is not even over, because clearing and cleaning, admin stuff, bills, blogs, pictures, videos to put online, etc etc...

      And I thought after the first conference I organised "never again".

      Guess what. I did 10+.

      But none in the past 5 years.

      Oh wait, a very small one last year in my own house, hosting 12 people. That was fun. Mostly a hackathon.
