   CWV is really only a deciding factor if two sites are scoring the same in the algo for a term - having great speed doen’t make up fluff content - look at my own site for example - fast but mostly harmless! 🤣

   All the same good to understand INP and at least have a go at it.

            But then I found older articles where John has said it is a ranking factor - but could not find where he has recently said not that big of one though. (SEO can be so hard.)
            
            I think I was wrong to say it was only a deciding factor - a lot depends on what's going on with a sites's complexity and how it delivers to the user.

      Of course the biggest ranking factor is how much you’re willing to pay for the ad spot! at the top of the search results page

         Google is rolling out a massive update to its algos right now - started yesterday and they tend to take 2-4 weeks to roll out globally. So right now everything is up in the air anyway.
