   @zachleat When I build the first version of an infra service, it’s intentionally feeble. I’m not investing in building a fully self-operating for something folks aren’t even integrated with yet. The first project is to build enough internal adoption to knock down the service.
   It’s great when the biggest constraint is infra! (assuming you have competent ops folks)
