   @zachleat Doesn’t it depend on what you are trying to achieve, though? Sometimes it’s more important to focus on ease of use than on performance(?)

   I’m definitely aware of React’s downsides but, years ago, it radically changed how I thought about implementing UIs. My code became much simpler.
