   @zachleat "jim-jams", although I like "jammies" which is like the more northern way of saying "jarmies" (from my childhood).

   Siri once mistakenly overheard us and transcribed "my pyjamas" as "Michael Chamas" so we often call them that now too.

      Clearly you're trying to tilt the result by trying to round up all the "if I'm not in my daytime clothes, I'm not using 3 syllable words" votes into your favourite regional cutesy-ism.

      (Also: what's with Mastodon only allowing 4 poll options? I know full well they can support other fediverse polls with huge numbers of options and checkboxes instead of radios. But noooo… we got to imitate the Twitter UI restrictions here.)
