   Software is a mix of mostly math/tech and a bit of art.

   Both are not inherently good or bad.

   It is a bit like calling a calculator good or bad. Or a car.

   I do not think these terms apply, besides clearly military use software (debatable) or clearly hostile/destructive software (malware/virus/etc)
